Are you a design enthusiast with a passion for UX and UI? We are searching for a Junior-Mid-Level UX/UI Designer to join our team of skilled professionals. As a part of our team, you will be at the forefront of creating outstanding user experiences, working closely with our internal creative team, project managers, Creative Director, and development team to design solutions that not only meet user needs but also align with business objectives. If you possess a solid understanding of UX/UI design principles, a curious and open mind, and a natural sense of aesthetics, we would love to hear from you!

What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into intuitive and engaging user experiences
• Conduct user research and testing to validate design concepts
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
• Contribute to the development of design systems and style guides
• Present design solutions to stakeholders and effectively communicate design decisions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX and UI design
• Continuously iterate and improve designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders
• Ensure the consistency and quality of design deliverables

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing your UX and UI design skills
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Understanding of design principles, accessibility, and responsive design
• Ability to conduct user research and testing to validate design concepts
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• A passion for design and a willingness to continuously learn and grow
• 1-3 years of experience in UX/UI design, or a related field
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design, HCI, or a related field (optional)
