Are you a creative with a passion for design? We’re on the hunt for a Junior-Mid-Level Designer to join our team of talented professionals. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in bringing design projects to life, collaborating with our internal creative team, project managers, Creative Director, and development team to create designs that meet both user needs and business goals. What you will do

As a Junior Designer at Harmony Solutions, you will play a key role in the execution of graphic and digital design projects. You will work closely with a talented team of creatives, project managers, the Creative Director, and development team to translate user needs and business goals into effective design experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the design team in executing graphic and digital design projects
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure design projects meet user needs and business goals
• Assisting in the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
• Communicating design ideas and presentations to internal and external stakeholders
• Keeping up-to-date with design trends and incorporating them into your work

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A strong understanding of design principles and aesthetics
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A portfolio showcasing your design work
• A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
